Parmesan Crusted Chicken

What you need:
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup crackers (crushed)*
Salt
abt. 1 Cup Sour Cream**
4 thawed chicken breasts
2 Tbsp of melted butter
*you can use whatever crackers you choose: saltines, cheez-its, ritz
**if you don't have sour cream mix 1/2 cup mayo with 1/2 cup ranch dressing. It gives it a little more zesty flavor.

DIRECTIONS:
--Make sure you chicken breasts are thawed, then poke a couple holes in each side (this will help moisten chicken while it cooks)
--Slather thawed chicken breasts with either sour cream, or ranch dressing and mayo, your choice!
--Then dip chicken breasts in your mixture of parmesan cheese, crackers, and a couple pinches of salt
--Put in a GREASED pan, and drizzle the top with melted butter.
--Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

EASY and REALLY GOOD.

SERVE WITH:
Fresh french bread (garlic or just butter)
Ceasar salad
