COOKIES:
1 package Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 cube of butter/margarine
2 eggs
*Just mix these three ingredients really well and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes (depending on how big you make them).
*If they are not all the way cooked when you get them out, then leave them on the cookie sheet for a few minutes, they will be softer later! (Which is my favorite way)
FILLING:
I often use store bought cream cheese frosting, but sometimes I will make my own:
1 pkg (8 0z) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
*Put the filling between two chocolate cookies and ENJOY!
